Return & Refund Policy

Because most The Hollow Darling items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, sizing preference, or incorrect selections. Please use the size chart and product details before placing your order.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the item ordered, email cheryshddezyre@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

If approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund to the original payment method. Approved refunds are issued after review; your payment provider may need additional time to post the credit.

Orders may be changed or cancelled only before production begins. Contact us as soon as possible after ordering, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered production.
