Shipping Policy

The Hollow Darling creates most items to order. Please allow 2–7 business days for production before shipment.

Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information when available.

If your order contains items produced by different partners, they may arrive in separate packages and on different days. You will not be charged extra shipping for split shipments.

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at cheryshddezyre@gmail.com with your order number and photos, if applicable. We will review the issue and work toward a resolution.
